Our take on Thailand's king of curries — succulent slow-cooked beef in a mild, creamy, aromatic sauce with fluffy potatoes and crunchy peanuts, made to our Surin family recipe. Our beef is seasonal, from William Rose Specialist Butchers in East Dulwich, using free range rare-breed Longhorn, Red Poll, Angus and Sussex cattle.
